But we don't expect you to go at it alone and that's why we're here to help you set goals, train and ultimately experience that overwhelming sense of accomplishment when you've met challenges head-on and succeeded.

One-On-One Training:
Indoor Compu-training
Spin Scan
A spin scan is performed on a compu-trainer and evaluates the efficiency of your pedal strokes. By improving your pedal stroke we can increase power during your training and performance rides. Contact Lance for more info. $60.00
Threshold Power Test
Training with power is the best way to develop a program which focuses on improving your limiters and helps you maximize the benefits of our training regimens. All power based training programs start with knowing your Power Threshold; give us a shout for more info. $60.00
On-the-Road Training Instruction
What exactly is an interval? How do I climb with the best efficiency? What if I don’t feel comfortable when riding close to or behind another cyclist? Is “drafting” really that important? These are just a few of the questions that we answer in our skill-building instruction designed specifically to not only build your physical endurance and skill but mental as well. Cycling is a thinking persons' sport and we always love to impart years of professional experience into your training regimen so that you're a well-rounded and well-equipped rider ready for any challenge. Our training instruction incorporates one-on-one classroom and on- the-road instruction focused on understanding the practical aspects of riding and training techniques. $60/hour
