Join IdleFast this winter in one of the best ways to not only stay but get in the best shape for next years cycling season. We take the time to develop a complete training program that we follow throughout the computraining season. Morning and evening classes will begin the first week of January and will run through March...

What is Compu-training?
Compu-trainers look like a standard indoor trainers (that's where the similarities end) but these trainers allow up to 8 riders to connect their bikes to our sophisticated software and hi-def video screen which projects your power threshold, watts and watts per kilogram programs while guiding you along routes like Passo Stelvio (Italy) and Mt. Ventoux (France), or we can set up custom training programs to your liking. You'll be amazed how easy it is to lose yourself for 1.5 to 2 hours in a session while not only staying in shape during the winter months but also improving fitness levels priming you for the coming year's events and races!

ENHANCE YOUR SEASONAL PREPARATION WITH THESE ADD-ON SERVICES:
Spin Scan
This one-on-one session includes a spin scan which analyzes your pedal stroke and tests the Functional Threshold Power (FTP) which better determines your 1 hour threshold which is then used to refine your baseline training regimen. These tests are not required but highly beneficial. We'll introduce a refined training program accompanied by power/ wattage indicators which can better determine a more accurate power threshold and analyze your cadence and pedal stroke.

12 Week Personalized Training Plan
This personalized plan focuses on your seasonal goals and will work in conjunction with your compu-training program, solo indoor training (if applicable), as well as incorporate a strength training regimen to provide you with a full-scale total-body workout designed specifically for your goals and body type. The program also includes a field test to determine appropriate heart rate and power zones. For more information about all the details and depth of this program, talk with Lance at your next class.

ADDITIONAL NOTES ON CLASSES:
- ONLY 5 positions available for each class!!!
- This first 5 week program of classes are based on improving pedal stroke, moderate climbing simulations, and general Base Build transition. Although the focus will be on “base” building, the weekday classes will include short intervals of intensity increasing in the latter weeks. The longer 2 hour weekend classes will focus more on steady L2-3 endurance rides.
- Each class is 1.5-2.0 hours in length
- Please arrive early. We start classes start on time.
- We are happy to add classes based on demand so tell your friends and come join us!
